Terms of use
Terms of use [!NOTE] Summary, in plain words Use the software and products you buy here lawfully and responsibly, and never in a way that causes, or could be seen to cause, harm to others. Your license is for you (or your organization) only, within the plan, seats and term you bought. Don't share, resell or hand out your license keys or your account. Whether the software fits your needs is up to you. It's provided "as is", and we aren't liable if it doesn't work, or doesn't work the way you hoped. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges from the end of the current period. Be respectful with our support staff. Reviews and other submissions are moderated (including automatically, with AI) and may be declined if they're harmful or disrespectful. If you break these terms, or abuse the service, other members or our software, we can suspend your account and suspend or revoke your license. 1. About these terms These terms of use ("terms") are an agreement between you and Sage Infrastructure Solutions Group Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). They cover the Sage Infrastructure Solutions Group Inc store at , your account, and the software, licenses, subscriptions and services you buy or use through it (together, "the software"). By creating an account, making a purchase or using the software, you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you're allowed to, and "you" then means that organization. If we also ask you to accept an end-user license agreement (EULA) in the customer portal, it applies as well. Where the two disagree about the software itself, the EULA wins. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, and our refund policy explains how refunds work. Both are part of these terms. 2. Your account Sign-in is handled by our own sign-in service (login.sageisg.com). Keep your sign-in details safe: you're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your information accurate, especially your email address, so we can reach you about your purchases. When you act for an organization (you've chosen it as your active organization), purchases and licenses belong to that organization, and its administrators can see and manage them. 3. Your license When you pay for a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it only within what you bought: the plan, the number of seats, devices or concurrent users, and the term shown on your order and license. Everything not expressly granted stays with us or our licensors. Buying a license doesn't transfer ownership of the software. No sharing You may not share, publish, sell, resell, rent, lend, sublicense or otherwise distribute license keys, license files or tokens, or access to your account, to anyone outside the scope of your license. An organization's license may be used by the members it assigns, within its seats. The software checks its license with our servers. We use those checks to enforce seat limits and to detect sharing (for example, one license used on many unrelated devices or networks). Don't tamper with, work around or disable license checks, seat limits or activation. Personal and non-commercial plans Some plans are for personal, non-commercial use only. They're bought from your personal account, and you confirm the personal use when you buy (we keep a record of that confirmation). Using a personal plan for an organization or for commercial work isn't allowed. Organization size Some prices and plans depend on the size of your organization. When we ask, give a truthful size; we keep a record of each declaration. If your organization grows beyond the size you declared, choose the right plan or size when you next buy or renew. We may ask you to move to the right plan. 4. Acceptable use You agree to: use the software in a legal and responsible manner, and follow the laws that apply to you, including export and sanctions laws; not use the software in any way…
